Sharon Topper

Sharon Topper is an educator and strategist whose career bridges innovation, entrepreneurship, and the creative arts. She currently teaches courses in Innovation and Marketing at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and at Emerson College, where she also serves as Senior Advisor for Strategic Relationships and Initiatives. In this role, she builds cross-campus and community partnerships that advance creative collaboration, experiential learning, and strategic growth.
Before entering higher education, Sharon spent more than twenty years working in start-ups and emerging ventures, leading teams at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and audience engagement. Her professional experience has centered on helping organizations scale imaginative ideas into sustainable enterprises, and she brings that same spirit of entrepreneurial creativity to her work in the arts.
Sharon is passionate about fostering the next generation of innovators and believes deeply in the power of theater to spark curiosity, empathy, and confidence in young people.
