Bil Zarch

Bil Zarch, inaugural Chair of Adam Theater, works as a Business Broker for BayState Business Brokers after spending the first part of his career as an educator and a Jewish communal professional. He has overseen Jewish day schools (Krieger Schechter in Baltimore and Lander-Grinspoon Academy in Northampton), overnight camps (Yavneh) and oversaw the explosive growth of Prozdor Hebrew High School. He is a gifted connector which has afforded him great success in his work with thousands of constituencies. Bil is passionate about creating dynamic and diverse communities for the next generation. Bil earned his bachelor’s degree in public communications from SUNY Buffalo, a master’s degree in Jewish education from Hebrew College and is a fellow and graduate of the Day School Leadership Training Institute (DSLTI.) Bil has been an active member of the Jewish community having sat on a number of committees, boards and task forces. He lives in West Roxbury with his wife, Rebecca Peterfreund Zarch and two children, Raviv and Danya.
